Installation for synthetic pvc boat deck
1):unpack the boat deck in a warm room for 24hours to make the deck flat.
2):make your template in paper. Cut the planks to length slightly bigger than template.
3):join the deck by the side tongue and groove by glue to make big plank.
4):glue the back plank to the boat previous.
5):weight the deck.
Step 1: Clean the ground surface and open the deck roll.
Step 2: Painting glue on the back of soft deck and press it onto the ground. Gluing and pressing again and again untill you finish the whole roll of decking.
Remark: View the edge shape of the soft deck. You can plug the one to the other freely and easily.
Step 3: Open another roll and paint glue on the back. Plug this edge into the first edge and press it onto the ground.
