Thank you for choosing Vpura Synthetic Teak! We are committed to providing high-quality synthetic teak products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in new condition, ensuring it remains resalable.
- All original packaging, accessories, and related documents must be included in the return.
- Custom-made products or cut materials are non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@vpura.com, providing your order number, reason for return, and relevant images (if applicable).
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a return address.
- Once the return package is shipped, please provide the tracking number for reference.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be returned via the original payment method.
Refund Information
- The refund amount will be determined based on the product’s condition and adherence to return policies.
- Refunds apply to product costs only and do not include original shipping fees (if applicable).
- Refund processing time depends on the payment method and bank processing times.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Building 21, Lane 178, Puhang Road, Minhang District, Shanghai.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Special Cases
If the received product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or videos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Unauthorized return packages may be refused.
